# Finance dashboards

[finance.2i2c.org](https://finance.2i2c.org) is a private dashboard site that visualizes our financial data in one place.
It is currently a prototype.

The dashboard is generated by the [`2i2c-org/finance`](https://github.com/2i2c-org/finance) repository and pulls from the same sources we use elsewhere, including:

- **SAGE Intacct** for accounting actuals (revenue, expenses, invoices). See [](accounting.md).
- **HubSpot** for committed and pipeline deal data. See [](#hubspot:index).
- **Runway and pipeline projections**, the same data behind our [budget projections](#accounting:projections).

It also surfaces the indicators we use to judge our financial health:

- **[Financial health indicators](https://finance.2i2c.org/projections/)** - the sustainability gauges (projected runway, cash reserve, cost coverage, and more) described in our [financial strategy](#finance:financial-health-indicators).
- **[Cost recovery indicators](https://finance.2i2c.org/recovery/)** - whether we're collecting the invoices, grants, usage fees, and cloud costs we're owed.

The intent is to give the team a single place to explore the data behind our finances without needing to dig into spreadsheets or the source systems directly.

## Access

The site is hosted on [Netlify](#accounts:netlify) and password-protected.
